Shipping Policy

We are closed Sunday, & all major holidays. All orders processed during our off hours will begin processing the next open business day. We are not responsible for misinformation on orders shipped out, but we will do our best to correct your orders.

All orders ship 3-5 days after the order/orders is placed depending on the volume of the order/orders. Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Once item/items are shipped a tracking number will be provided with expected arrival time. Pre-orders ship as soon as stock is and you will be notified of your shipment through order tracking. IReturn & Exchange Policy

Heels In Health L.L.C. must be notified of a return within two days of receipt of purchase. A return shipping label will be emailed to the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring the package is given and/or taken to Federal Express or USPS. All items received in original purchase must be returned unopened or tampered with only item/s sent back in original packaging will be considered for a refund. We do not accept returns on food consumption products. Once product/products are received and inspected by Heels In Health returns department, a credit will be issued. Product/s will not be accepted if they have been opened and/or used. No refund will be issued for product/s older than 30 days from the date printed on the shipping label.
